Dr. Clem is a board-certified Ob-Gyn dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Since joining OBGYN Associates in 2019, she has focused on making every patient feel comfortable and supported during their appointments. A native of Athens, Alabama, Dr. Clem earned her Chemical Engineering degree from Auburn University before pursuing her lifelong passion for medicine at UAB School of Medicine. Her interest in women’s health flourished during her residency at the University of South Alabama, where she further honed her skills under esteemed mentors like Dr. Acuff. Married to her husband, Adam, a Civil Engineer and former active-duty Marine, they now reside in Huntsville with their two children, Lily and Phillip, and their beloved cat, Garfield.

i experienced shoulder dystocia with my son in feb. of 2025 dr clem and the nurses saved us with their quick response, she even checked on us multiple times and during a long long labor kept the room full of smiles and humor to keep me calm as a young scared mom she made sure i felt in control of everything that was happening and made sure i was comfortable with everything
